I love this home. There is a lot of wood., but I do like the wooded ceilings. It has a resort type of feeling. Real calming and relaxing. I like the theater and the backyard. I give it a 9.5

I would rate it a 9.5. Those has a wonderful personality. There is something for everyone. Im a huge fan of spacious kitchens and gigantic bathrooms! She is to Hollywood what Oprah is to talk shows! Their mindsets shows in their properties!💯💯💯

October 20, 2022; Shonda Rhimes house in Connecticut is a 9.5! I would have liked more of a string of colorful landscape, not heavy but more colorful; not the complete property but around for sure The Ice Cream 🍨🍦 Parlor Bldg.

The video started off a bit too rustic for me. There were some bright spots, however. I can't help but wonder how many ppl make up her immediate family bc this is a lot of house. I know ppl spend their money how they want; but just bc you're rich doesn't mean you should purchase a home like this for the heck of it, especially if much of the property won't be utilized. WOW! I rate it a 7.9.

The main house is a bit too Rustic for my tastes, but I love the amenities on the property such as the Gym, Bowling Alley, etc. But overall, it would make for a nice East Coast retreat, which I'd imagine is what she is using it for!! With that I'm mind, I'd rate it a 9.0.
