8:40 guys hear me out, I think you guys got this part a little bit wrong but it's ok, So basically there's a guy called grim reaper, but then he was betrayed by his ally and captured, after that the government do some sort of experiment on him, while he's there, he falls in love for the new doctor there, they got close to each other, but in the meantime the main head of the scientist is actually the fiance to the doctor and he always beat her up.. But then one day when the grim reaper have achieved the full experiment's result, the grim reaper breaks free out of there and killed everyone except the doctor, however she still dies due to the security systems that misfires, so she died and he flee away, Then he crashed to somewhere revealing that he's turned into the forms that we knew as Koro-sensei, after that as the government wants to kill him, he makes a condition where he wants to be a teacher at a very particular school (where the new doctor have been teaching).. About the moon, it's not him doing it, it's a rat that the scientists also make the same experiment on it, but because the way that the more smaller the creature, the more unstable it is, this happened when they put the rat on the moon because it's unstable, the rat blew up half of the moon.. While about Koro-Sensei, he's very stable but the government still thinks he's dangerous, also he even said that he will destroy the Earth, but this doesn't mean he want to, but it's because he thought that he will also blow up the planet as the experimented rat is, they knew about this later, but the government still wants to kill him either way, that's the sad part🥲
