After watching this, it's come to my attention that Soul Calibur REALLY needs a fisticuffs type character. Almost half of these don't use weapons when they fight.

Closest one is talim using her forearm punching weapons. Other than that no one in the series used fists other than Tekken characters and soul calibur is about blades but punches but a punch set would be great.

I watched the video a few weeks back and he was talking about how JumpForce could have more characters but he likes the fact they’re doing customization like SC because rather than getttint an extra 5 or so characters it means we can have any character we choose

Ethan Ku yeah it flopped character creation wise - will admit it had more character creation options than a lot of stuff but it wasn’t close to soul caliber still. And it was just an anime fighting game. The fighting was very new comer friendly and was a fun game but in my own play time fell off after awhile
