Mr beard is a professional eater, he eats once every other day thats how hes able to do these huge challenges. Its far from fake , but it is very hard on him and his body. Im really impressed hes kept up with this for years. Mr beard your awesome 😊

About the crusts... You are correct, fresh is better than cold. I eat the crusts, but take a bite of the squishy tip to mix with it. The crusts by themselves have worthy characteristics, of course, but the aesthetic charm attributable to their texture--that ranges from impenetrable chewiness to rock-hard crispness--works against wolfing it down. Whatever the morphology of the crust, you'll be glad you mixed it with tip. I think this operation also improves the tip bites.
