Love this. It's my boyfriends birthday tomorrow and I just bought him one of these cameras from an antique store. It's more damaged than yours but still in working order! The photos you took are gorgeous

The little camera did an awesome job for it's age as did the film! You gotta be happy with that! Good composition too, even using the crude viewer! Nice video.

Hey thanks for this. I just bought one. There is a wee tripod mount hole on the flap that comes down to hold the bellows. You have it on yours. Photos look really great!

I picked up one of these cameras yesterday and after watching several videos I discovered the tripod mount. The only difference between my model be in the morning this video is the latch to access film compartment is different. I have to squeeze through buttons on mine.

Very cool experience! Thanks for sharing it with us. I've got an old Kodak Brownie box camera and some 620 film in the freezer to fit it. I have never used it but your video has inspired me to give it a go.

Actually that round hole you see in the door that the lens in slides on is a quarter 20 tripod mount. So some of these cameras slightly different mechanism would access the film compartment. Mine has two buttons on the side of the camera have to squeeze. Mine is also a Model B.

I've got one of these cameras, a Vest Pocket Kodac Special. Its a wee bit newer than yours with a proper lens setup, but very similar in a lot of the other ways. I've been thinking about doing the same thing, getting some film and giving it a go. I know you did this video a couple of years back, but 127 film is actually quite available. I've cleaned my camera up, taken apart the lens elements, cleaned and polished them, cleared out all the dust and build up on this 90+ year old camera. My question is, where to get the film processed and printed? Who did yours?
