No sorry to hear that, I've never had that issue. try pulling the handles off and seeing if anything is pushing up against the mechanism that makes the button operate.

The fs 380 and the Denali start cycling properly after about forty to fifty rounds. Use 380 fmj.They really like fiocchi and silver bear, the field and stream brand from Dicks sporting goods cycled good too. Please respond.

I have tried HP but don’t like it. Use just JM and give a nice polish at the barrel entrance and oil the slide. Then you will have a reliable and nice carry or backup gun.
