excellent lessons!!! We don't use special training for defenseman in Russian hockey schools, I think it's our mistake.

Cheers for this, been searching for "hockey training articles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my partner got amazing success with it.

No offsides. Puck never crosses the Blue line

I can see how these drill relate to defensive play. You will not find these drills in a regular adult clinic.
