Every cops get a knife on his pockets do you think Wayne Jones have a knife
@kevinzink90634 жыл бұрын
The entire reason why this escalated was stupid. The officer stopped him to ask him to get out of the road...that is fine...no need to demand his ID for that whatsoever and escalate the situation.

Holy cow! Reminds me of the God father’s execution style. Which one of the officer were in fear of their life when the man was laying motionless on the ground? The man didn’t even tried to move. Was the firing of a weapon from one officer enough or does it take a group of officers unload 1/2 of their clips on the man. What was the main reason why you asked him to walk on the sidewalk in the first place? Was it for his safety or just a way to escalate to this? Qualify Immunity is the cause of reckless actions.

Just now learning about this. Sadly all he had to do was lick the boots of his tyrannical Nazi overlord, maybe lay down so he could get a boot on his neck. I want every one to know this. DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE. eg. "Why are you walking down the middle of the street?" You say... I don't answer questions, am I free to leave? Leave if you can, and don't say another word. If you can leave, you are being detained even if the cop dances around it. You say "I request legal counsel or I want my lawyer" or both so there is no misunderstanding. The cop is compled by a supreme court ruling to immediately stop asking anything thing from you. You going to jail, sorry but you're not being murdered.

How can you not resist the arrest if the cop is choking the life out of you.
@josetejeda56274 жыл бұрын
this is not even about resisting.. after he resisted, they broke his arm, tased him 4 times (just one taser can kill you)... choke him until he passed out, then move back and shot him 23 times. The shooting was "justified" by the local court and 2 courts of appealing... however, the 4 appealing court DENIED their "Qualified immunity" and they will face trial, and hopefully is a fair trial and they all get life in jail.... or 2 weeks here in Rikers in the same cell with all the latinos and blacks....

I see this as similar to what they did to Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta. Sure the guy struggled with cops, he had a "weapon", but should not have resulted in his death.
@danielingram7883 жыл бұрын
well thats pretty clear. 4 death penalty cases that need to be presented to an honest jury and court. An HONEST JURY and COURT. this is simple murder, aggravated. its sickening to see the corrupt nature of what we have allowed to exist and be called "policing" utter disgusting behavior

Hey bud, get off the road. The end. Instead they tased, beat, and executed him. Why did it take 7 years to prosecute them?
