Don't think that nerf is that bad. I think its intended to pry through their guards to stop them from being defensive all the time to make use of your simple barrage

They should rework shotgun again. Cut off the double barrage thing because it doesn't exist in the anime and make something like if: a meter that fills up after 2-1 m1's chain and if you land a counter m2 you activate a undodgeable shotgun barrage.

Indeed, they just make a huge mistake on the nerf of this style, they could just nerf the the health damage, it would maybe just make it less worse then that "thing" now.
