Hello, Flair. Have you ever had a beaver burger? I enjoyed the beaver catch, clean, & cook video that you posted recently. This summer, I watched two videos by another KZbinr where he made burgers from a beaver he trapped. In the first video, he ground bacon in with the beaver meat, and he and his brother said it was the best burger they've ever eaten. In the second video, he didn't use bacon, but had a BBQ for family members where he served beaver burgers; everyone whom attended said the burgers were delicious.

Here’s a tip for Lucy, the reason why she isn’t retrieving the geese is because she doesn’t have the confidence it happens with every dog when they go from a duck to a big bird like a goose, try getting her excited about it. Just play around with it with her and tell her to fetch. Once she does it a couple times she will be a pro

Flair, You should try cutting the breasts into bite size pieces and soaking it in coca-cola for 8 hours and then fry it using dark mustard as a binder. Sweetness helps mask the flavor of the game. Hope you and the family are good and keep making the great videos!

Slow cooker venison tacos. Season up a shoulder roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Sear it then add to a slow cooker with some beef broth and let it go on high for 4ish hours depending in the size of your roast. Shred and serve on corn tortillas with pico de gallo and some sauted bell peppers.
