Some great fighters out of his gym; Diego Ferreira fights this weekend and is a beast as are Geoff Neal and Macy. Always cool to see crossover between the 2A and MMA communities. One thing you're failing to do in these training courses is being near exhaustion when engaging the targets. You can always do a few hundred yard fireman's carry first ;) If you're comfortable then you're not training
