I never had any real goals of going pro in any sport I love basketball played it all 4 years of high-school but recently seeing myself enjoying lacrosse more than any sport I genuinely considered training to go pro (I've played it every now an than but never seriously because of basketball) does anyone have any recommendations since I'm 18 now and finding things like camp are hard

Never too late man, work harder and work on having the best stick skills and shot on your team (because some physical things can’t change as easy) And just grind.

That's a good age to start. Work with a coach to avoid developing the bad habits. Like spinning and hanging your stick

Never ever to late to start. I started my freshman year of HS and got to play at a good college in Texas. On top of that they didn’t have football and had some scholarship opportunity’s. Hit the wall, hit the weights, be sure to have film, stay in shape and stay ready. And ofc be a dog out there 😤
