I had an interesting idea for maybe improving this game slightly. Use a random number generator to determine which gun will have the bullet and give a specific gun an improved chance. Like 60/40 for example. Then give the winner of rock paper scissors the gun with improved odds to incentivize winning at rps. You could even still give the option to choose. Upping the tension by a lot for those that end up winning with the 40% gun.
