I'd love to know the budget breakdown for this job. Or at least the total budget. As well as the sale price of the apartment. Could you post the floor plan online and arch. renderings so we can get a much better understanding of how it's laid out?

2 bedroom apartment in back bay is probably at least 2 million. Maybe down to 1.6 mil since it's a basement unit.

Shadow Gap Crown: Is the piece furring out the crown going to be painted the wall/ceiling color or the trim color? Curious of the location where the wall color will meet the trim color. As I mull it over in my head, neither option jumps out as right or wrong.

Is that hole in the basement access for inspecting the pile foundation? Didn't realize those were inside the homes!

I love the look of flush outlets in baseboard but how did you get around code requirements? Code states it cannot be less than 15" from a finished floor.

Can you post that code? We do this detail in Colorado all the time and haven't had issues. Island receptacles, everyone seems to require different numbers and locations. Would love to know the requirements for islands in your area? Chris
