I’m a size 16-18 so on the cusp of “normal” sizing and curve and it’s so disheartening when stores have weird fits in those sizes, let alone places that don’t size over a 14! Justice for all the ladies over a 14 - we all deserve clothes that make us feel good 😊 Thanks to you for sharing this, and to the helpful Olivia as well!

It’s like the curve range in Kmart. They only have a couple of nice pieces, and the rest are frumpy looking. I also find that they’re not ranged for all ages, it’s usually catering people in the older age range.

This is great Katie, can't count the amount of times I say "bummer" when trying to shop in person. I have found my last few trips to the shops that more places are stocking size 18 and 20 but there's often only one left, and it's very defeating when it doesn't fit. Also wish there were more sale options in "plus-size" stores, it's that extra stab of oh I know you can't by this anywhere else buy it today for $150 and next week we'll have it online on sale for $20 🤦🏽‍♀️

I am currently in between “normal” sizing and curve ranges as depending on the clothing I can fit into 14-18. I find it so disheartening shopping in person and nothing fits right. Trying to find a dress for an event was hard. And I find shopping online is great but I really like being able to try things on in person. It’s such a catch 22

I love Target but I remember years ago they had cuter Maternity wear not that I needed it then! Since so many of their stores closed I noticed they really backed down on the maternity and plus size ranges. They've increased the quality on their standard size clothes and seem to be pushing that more. I'm guessing they ran in to some money problems...lets hope they revamp the other clothing lines.

It is annoying that some will stock different sizes to others. I'm only midsize but often I'm put off by certain brands because I'm concerned they won't stock anything bigger than a size 10/12. Katie, do you shop at the plus size stores like You+All and CityChic?
