Texas raced modifieds , late models, and sprint cars at places like Houston, dallas devils bowl, Mobile Alabama,etc etc. Kid..... am 74 years old and really miss racing,except for the results of many surgeries,joint replacements, and barely able to walk. BUT, the memories!!!!!!! I am subscribed to your channel and REALLY enjoy the coverage!,,,a fan

I envy you in a good way not jealous well maybe a little ;) haha I’m clown’n but anyway yea so badass you get to race Sprints for a living. I don’t know how anyone could not be a SPRINT CAR fan if American… especially, though I have never met anyone who told me they didn’t think Sprint race’n was rad. Sure some may not know drivers or even watch regularly but when they do see it by chance they have upmost respect and are focused in on the action. It’s cool also that you don’t even run WoO’s and are on successful teams and have built yourself a career racing open wheel mig’s and sprints on dirt 🤘Mad respect bro mad respect. These videos are the best and don’t know how I wasn’t subscribed a long time ago, your go-pro footage on your cars, we are spoiled! Been to Kokomo plenty times myself. @@tmezTv and YOU are a f#cking awesome Sprint car racer T-Mez! You have a fan right here my friend. Can’t wait to see you rip on the dirt again in person. I always have been aware of you obviously from USAC and your accomplishments, you are a month older than me ha so I grew up with ya watching you race, but I think more drivers outta start their own channels like you have. I feel like I know you better now than I ever have before originally. It gives fans a bit more of what happens behind the scenes and you are able to share your personalities a lot more. Watching you with your little girls at the shop and at track humanizing the racer that much more is awesome. That’s the stuff also that drives in the views with my old lady. This is American grassroots race’n right here. Always a trip watching you Cali drivers come to the Midwest especially and rip! We saw it with Jimmy Johnson, Kasey Kahne even though he’s from Washington state but another West coast driver none the less, and even Jeff Gordon. Use to watch Jeff and Smoke tear it up on dirt and then become pavement badasses. Jeff claims Indiana native but he is a Cali boy turned Hoosier. Watched him win all of his Brickyards live in person in a stockcar. Indycar though, needs to emerge with USAC again plain and simple. Would be cool if Penske could find a way to make that happen since Hulmans are no more, R.I.P. Clabber Girl. Sure Indy we’ll let ya have all the street and road courses you want, but get those drivers back on dirt with their sprints as well. Integrate it back into a true driver championship series. Drivers like Tony Kanan were up for it for years. Was cool seeing EJ Viso give a go on dirt some years back also. They are South American racers though, but all these European drivers would shxt. Don’t even have a clue as to what true oval racing is and where it all started for Indycar and the Indy 500. I still remember being a little kid watching Steve Kenser get to attempt his 1st and only Indy 500 and come out with a 14th position finish. Can’t say he had as successful of a run with his 5 NASCAR attempts but dude is a GOAT especially on dirt with his 20 WoO championships. I gotta be honest though, I am a bigger fan of non-winged Sprints. WoO is awesome don’t get me wrong and I luv it, but not like I do non-winged. I was born and raised in Terre Haute. I have called Florida my home though for the last 15 years and maybe I’ll catch ya at East Bay Raceway again or fellow Hoosier turned Floridan Bubba’s race track ha ;). This has become one of my favorite KZbin channels and binged watched your channel last night with my old lady until we fell asleep. Keep tear’n it up out there Mez! 🤘🏁

We are brand new to micros. My 12 year old son is racing restricted and A-Class. When should I raise the car, lower it, add tilt or wedge?

yes theres dirt in there wonder how it got there i mean its not like your running dirt tracks right? heh I do like the instructional on how the springs are done they play an importent role in handleing and can make the differance in rigging up on the dirt or hitting the wall running the cushion. too bad though it was so cold the opening night at kokomo was postponed I was thinking about going to that race.

It’s a dirt car so it’s not as critical an 1/8 inch won’t make or break it like a pavement car

I run off tube heights too and I do stare at the car for a long time aswell lol… you constantly have the same roll out for a tyre to check ?
