I hope you really enjoy the Sears. I have a couple of them that were made by Mamiya that have been really great! That auto-winder is pretty fun!

Great video! And 100% agree on how you handled the broken camera. It doesn’t matter how much it was…if someone intentionally does you wrong they need to be held accountable & called out! Can’t wait to see the reviews on these beauties!

My dad said he used to have a Chinon. It's not a brand I hear about much, so I think this is really cool!!

I felt the same way when I came across the Chinon brand. Now, I'm down a rabbit hole trying to find out more about these cameras. Glad you liked this one! 😃

that KS super is a rebranded Ricoh RX-6

I thought this camera was a Ricoh when I first looked at it! Thanks for the head start on my KS Super research. I feel like I'm going to like shooting his camera.

I have a Sears KS super too I am about to send off a test roll but I’m afraid it’s going to come back blank :( I didn’t know I had to put the film lead into the turning mechanism that pulls the film as you advance it !
@TalyaAdams2 жыл бұрын
That sucks! But it's all apart of learning. Don't send your film off for development though. Doesn't sound like you used it. Instead, ask them to retrieve the leader for you, so you can still shoot the roll.

@@TalyaAdams thanks gonna see since I know The Darkroom lab does offer a “rain check” sort of process on blank rolls so gonna see I am learning so much so I’m excited since you have cameras similar to mine ! Love your vids too!
