The stuff you make is just beautiful. I get the impression that you have an innate ability to look at something mechanical and understand how it works. Love it. Cheers Ca Lem

Just as you were tapping that bar and it was squeaking like it was going to snap I got the colgate advert of "Sometimes pain is worth it, and sometimes it's not" very fitting placement 😂 Awesome work as always, always top notch 👌

What a monster, bending 1cm steel plate like that! Another work of art, and very useful. That gag in the middle when tapping manually got me, seeing how the tap twisted, I was waiting for it to snap.
@inzen863 жыл бұрын
Very cool build. I know little about sheet metal work but the stuff you make looks so professional. Also that tap... I held my breath and was feeling the pain already. Such a relief it was a joke.

Great start to the morning from Northern Canada. If you keep this up you will run out of room in the expanded shop.😎 Best wishes all.

Did anyone else see Ca Lem handling that 2" piece of square stock at 12:58 and think "Hang on a friggin' second............... He's not about to try bending THAT in there is he?!?!?"? :D

What are you talking about!? If TOT can chop 2 inch stock with his bare hands why can’t Ca Lem bend it?

Great video 👍 Nice addition to the shop if you need a fast and dirty base die just blocks or angle iron and a bolt at each end to adjust throat opening allows you to bend thicker gauges and different radius.

Very impressive! I acquired a shop built 40" air over hydraulic press/finger brake. The one die I have is 1" so I can only bend up to 1/8" mild steel. Should make more dies. Your vid has some neat ideas I may borrow. The one thing I did not see is a fence, maybe I missed it. Simple ones work and are easy to make and can save time. Again I like it. Dan

If you fit a tee into the cylinder delivery pipe and a needle valve on the third leg with a pipe back to tank you will find it much easier to control speed and force of the cylinder. Use the needle valve to progressively bleed oil freely back to tank to full system pressure.
