Love the Enduro 29, but just don't understand the routing of the cables underneath the down tube and under the BB. Don't these cables get damaged if you scrape rocks and stuff?Internal routing folks, it's awesome....try it. If I'm paying over 4 grand for a bike it has to have it!

Very good video, So you are saying that Enduro does climb well and great at Downhill. Then what's the difference between Enduro and All Mountain? Which one is more polyvalent? Thanks

5,6 is probably a bit big for a small frame. But if you are comfortable with smaller bikes, go for it

Upgrading the shock to the DBInline is well worth it - I found the Float limits the full potential of the bike compared to the DBInline, which allows the bike to reach its potential. The difference was Huge to me.

@@smeash1295 what I ended up playing with my air pressure a lot, 20% sag and she's a cross country beast and at over 30% sag she feels like a mini DH sled (but still climbs great if you watch out for pedal strikes) so basically the same as having a flipchip

Not sure what model you have... but I have a '13 carbon expert 26", which came with the Fox Float CTD shock. I upgraded to a Cane Creek DBInline (It was necessary to get the stroke length changed for the '13 26" - Dirt Labs in Bounder, Co. ordered the shock, made the change, then shipped it to me. If you have a '14 or '15 model, no need to change the stroke length). Now the bike is awesome - the DBInline brings out the full potential of the bike - much, much better than the Float that was on there and it was only a 30 gram difference in weight.

shit i've ridden my 8+ year old fsr comp down mount penn in reading where they have the duryea downhill race and that thing never missed a beat..something like this would be overkill for me but specialized makes one hell of a mountain bike..oh and i'm still getting an enduro evo overkill or not lol

yeah i guess if you want to blast down every hill at mach speed just floating over rocks and roots using a much superior sus design than the lized and then turning around and cruising up to repeat all at a very affordable price then yeah i guess it's terrible.

Triadlateralus i have ridden both bikes for more than one day. i know how they feel. and my personal opinion is the grant is too long for that platform and was just not as fun. and the Enduro 29 rolls over gnarly better than any other all mountain bike i have ever ridden. The only bike that could be comparable is the Niner WFO...

Stumpy is a great beast i have 1 but the limitation will be the avail travel for the shocks. If you want more dh orientation then Enduro for the more travel. I think the stumpy climbs better thou. But of course you have to evaluate your own areas you ride and decide. better climb or more dh performance.
