I have that very same trunk. My Mom and I refinished it years ago.

Really? What a neat thing to have. The rustic look makes you wonder where it's been. I'd be interested to know its age. Thanks for watching!

24.99 for the picnic basket was a lot especially for the condition of the interior. What was neat was the small matching basket for glasses. Thanks for sharing.

It was a lot! I agree. It had some nice features. Thanks for watching.

I got a trunk just like that one at our town swap shop for free. I just love it. I store all my photo albums and scrapbooks in it.

Oh Wow.. that steamer trunk looks just like the one i have but mine is a deep red with the black metal & wood slats. It has the same latches & strapping. Mine is from late 19th century.. between 1875-1900. I'd say this is probably the same era. I keep all my bed linens stored in it. Oh yes.. loved the amber lamps with the really cute shades! I have one smaller lamp that has this same type shade but shaped different, and with the same beading on bottom of the shade. I look for the older cords, the clear ones like the one in your buggy, helps to know if they're old. I think someone put a newer safe on that one, because that's def a vintage lamp! I would google Lens it to find out how old it is while still in the store😉 The little one you said would be cute for an entryway, i really liked that one! I love the Victorian vase, but i personally would love to see it in maybe blue or a creamy white. I don't really use reds.🤷♀️ But you can't always choose loll I was just in the habitat store here last week & they had the most beautiful set of sterling flatware in the wood box! I didn't even ck the price, there were so many pieces, including some serving ware & it was sterling so i knew it would be really high.🫤 You Already know i collect the old chairs.. those are called "Lyre Back" chairs! Some day Wayyyy back to Louis XVI! The French ones are very valuable!😮 They Price From 10's of thousands to just the mid century modern ones for around $5 per chair. Crazy right? Those looked to be antique or older vintage maybe 🤷♀️ I would have had to grab the Victorian plates to add to my Victorian collection! I don't have N. Rockwell plates but i have a few pieces of art that i need to frame. The little girl with her doll, the Christmas one you bought & the grandma one's i loved also! The picnic basket with the green Inside was beautiful💚 So moment pretty silver pieces, but i love the patina😉 The pot with the wood handle is called a 'side handle' pot..i would love to have one, and that was a great price! I love the hammered copper piece.. copper is really pretty in fall decor! Oh that clock at $14.99 i think would have came home with me, perfect addition for my little collection😁 Oh i love the French chairs, beautiful.. and great price! Girl I saw this antique parlor chair in the thrift store last week, it was a pink crushed velvety fabric, not tufted tho & dark wood with roses carved out across the top of an oval back, beautifully shaped legs & partially covered wood arms.. Only $100! I told my husband it would be a perfect Christmas gift!😁 I really want a parlor chair so bad & that's the cheapest I've seen & in good condition, the fabric was a little faded & barely any scratches, no big ones at all! I love shopping along with you, you find great stores & amazing pieces! Again, sorry I'm late seeing this one but i did enjoy!😊

There some really good things in these stores. I saw a crystal round better dish and a milk glass bowl with a silver bottom. It was fluted with a stripe of clear glass. I can remember what is called. Not the usual solid white.

I can't believe they are pricing the lemon plate at $2.99 when it only cost a dollar at dollar tree last year. Love the Norman Rockwell plates and the Renoir plate of the couple dancing.

Wow! Didn't realize that was a Dollar Tree plate. Thanks for sharing that. I'll keep that in my mind to avoid. And yes, those plates were great. Glad I got a few.

@@victorianlanefarms Glad you got some. Again, I loved the plates. I love Norman Rockwell and going to his museum is on my bucket list. Renoir is my favorite artist and I was lucky enough to go to an exhibit of some of his work in Chicago back in '97. I am so jealous of you, my friend. Have a great night! 😊

There were some lovely serving pieces around 8:05 but the prices were rather high if you are a reseller. If buying for personal use or maybe a gift, i might consider paying that price.

I thought that, too. Prices vary so much at Goodwill. Thanks for watching.

Wow, you have a wonderful Goodwill. Prices are questionable though. I don’t know if it’s inflation, or to discourage resellers, or both.

Thank you! It's fun having a handful of Goodwill's to shop. Yes, I agree. The prices keep going up. It's a hit and miss every time I shop.
