WIC sure has changed over the years. My kids are grown now (19 & 18) but I remember when they were young and we got WIC. It was really only milk, 100% fruit juice, eggs, cheese, and very few kinds of cereal back then. And formula and baby food for babies under 1 year of age. They didn't give yogurt or fresh fruits and veggies. And it was the paper vouchers that took forever to ring up...talk about holding up the line! Lol I hated using those but was grateful for the help!

Oh wow it really has changed then . Lol right I hate when my WIC holds up the line 😂😂 . Yes I know that’s right . I’m grateful for the help and it comes in handy .

I know this is an older video, but I have to recommend the Cinnamon Chex! Not everyone likes cinnamon but me and the kids love it. Its covered by WIC here in VA. We also love Kroger! Great deals.

Yes we like the cheerios too . I will get those next time . I haven’t tried the Chex kind . I’ll have to try that one next time too .

Wic has changed alot over the years if u got fruit from WIC that wasn't part of the list back in the days and there was no card they where in paper u are lucky
