Can you believe that in the 80's Sanrio product were everywhere in Italy. I still remember a little plastic box of Hello Kitty Rubber stamps I had. Now I live in Japan but probably that little box is still at my parents house somewhere ;) Thanks for the video, brought up nice memories!

potatochan i feel u. i’m always so afraid my parents or friends will think it’s too childish and say that i need to “grow up”, but i always tell myself to not be afraid to be yourself, and do what u want. ur not harming anyone or anything so why should other people care, it’s your interests. i’d say yolo and just do it. i finally got the courage to ask if i can customize my room with sanrio and kawaii stuff, and they agreed and we’re doing it soon :)

We’re collecting Hello Kitty plush toys & even sleep with them. Those Hello Kitty plush toys remind us about our granny who passed away a decade (ten years) ago. Those Hello Kitty transition items remind us about our ancestors. She has lived to a very incredible age of ninety-four years. We miss her already, so sad, so true. 😢
