Hi Faith! Tip from a Hobby Lobby employee: Happy Planner, Agenda 52 and The Paper Studio go on sale every other week! 40% off the marked price. Also the glue runners you like are refillable! Hobby Lobby sales the refills for about 2.50 I believe. Great video! I just looked at that boy paper pad last night for my OCC boxes!

Thanks for a new crafty video! Sometimes I will mention Bible Journaling when I'm talking to my Dad. The other day, he was saying how he's always running out of space for notes in his Bible. He's coming over tomorrow so I can add a few blank pages in his Bible. hee hee!😊 Not only have I got my nieces and nephew into Bible journaling, but now even my Dad is starting to like it! Also, my husband likes to help me pick out washi tape for my Bible notes! He's so sweet! 🥰

Wow! This was like drinking from a fire hydrant .... in a GOOD way!! 😃 We do not have a Journaling Budget, so it is a huge help to see you go through the stores and explain the how, what, and why of the items you purchase. I then keep that in mind for the next time I am at a Michaels or Hobby Lobby, especially if you've found some treasures in the sale sections! Happy Friday! ✝💜

Dollar tree paper and colored pencils is all I started with. Or literally just a pen and some crayons. You just need to think what can you put in there that’s free? You don’t have to spend more than the cost of colored pencils/crayons to get started.

I know you’re not all about the consumerism stuff, but I honestly think that you’d benefit greatly from a Cricut machine! You can pretty much make nearly all the stuff you saw in the store yourself and then some! Stickers, stencils, stamps, tags, tabs, embellishments, plus the Maker will cut fabric for quilting…. The possibilities are endless! I just used mine to make bookmarks and dividers for my Bible inserts and plan on cutting out tabs for them when I’m done! I’ve also used my machine for other non Bible things, like tshirts, stencils, drawing out my art canvases, making signs, Easter and fall decorations, 3D paper crafts like animals and flowers, decals and labels. My mom uses hers to make tumbler cups! It costs a bit to get started with papers, tools and materials and there is a learning curve to it all, but the amount of things you can make are worth it all if you’re a crafter or do things like this on the regular basis!

Hi Faith! I went back and forth with commenting because I’m typically just a lurker! I used to work at Hobby Lobby. I wanted to let you know that if you see lots of those orange stickers in an area it means they are being “deleted” or they won’t sell them anymore and they are being clearanced out. So if you like a product that was deleted, get as many as you can! They do this in order to make room for new merchandise! Shortly after they do “deletes” they will redo the section with the new stuff! Hope this is helpful in the future!!

Hi Faith! You are a real inspiration and I wanted to thank you for all you share about Bible Studying . I also love to craft so it is definitely a joy to watch you . I am not very creative but love to try your ideas! I have been a Christian for a long time, but you have really inspired me to be more intentional in my daily devotion and quiet time with the Lord. Thank you for that! I recently bought the bible commentary you recommended and have tlhoroughly enjoyed using it. Also bought the Bible Dictionary. I have highlighted in the commentary as I study and today I felt bad about doing that! regretting my highlights? Maybe because I want my Grandchildren to have these books when I am in heaven. Do you highlight in yours? I feel I have ruined them now for others future use. What are your thoughts on this? Yes , I write and highlight all over my bible:)! I am saving for one like yours-interleaved. I do have OCD so mistakes can drive me insane at times, but I get over it ! I am no youngster,, but love Jesus and my studying and prayer time with him. But I will buy a new commentary if you think it is better left clean! Although I could be your Grandmother, I enjoy watching and studying with you! You are in my prayers- From Arkansas-Donna Lyn Witherow

My devotional journal was a little bland. I do like to write in my Bible, take notes, doodle, to help me remember what I read. You inspired me to be a bit more creative with my faith journaling journal journey. (I like alliteration lol) Sooo, many times I come across websites to help me. I used to print out portions of the online article and cut them out but I wanted reference and bookmarking them….have you seen my digital bookmarks!!!! Sooooo I decided to. Use QR codes, print them out, cut them out and paste them in my journal with the title, author and date. So now when I go back and read the short notes I took, I”m not trying to remember and sort through my bookmarks, I can just scan and go. Thank you for being so inspiring.

Hey! I've been verse mapping a bit and just generally reading my bible more lately. I love your style of bible journaling! I'm not great at art but I like things to be kinda cute and functional. So your style totally works for me! I love your inspiration videos, even though I'm in europe and can't really get the same stuff you have available. Love those cute letter stickers, I can only find "office" style letter stickers here, that are all bold and black and boring. Oh and, the dude isn't Jim Holtz he's Tim Holtz! That made me laugh because his "signature" is just so misleading. But his stuff is gorgeous! And a tip: Round tags: you can always just cut off a piece to make it straight and glue it in as a tip in, but I just use a small piece of washi tape (or I use a pre cut washi shape, you know, there's those washi rolls that are flower petals or just circles? type "washi sticker rolls" into google, you'll find some.). If you have a cricut or any other cutting machine like a silhouette or a brother, you can find all kinds of designs online or make your own. I have recently made paper paperclips for my bible. I'd be happy to share the file if you want it.
