I use the Kroger app and add things to my cart and use that as my grocery list. When you have items in your cart it will tell you what aisle they are on in the store. I have also noticed that I occasionally get digital coupons for items in my cart.

To keep my budget where I want it, I only meal plan for meals that I know are cost efficient. Plus I buy in season produce and get things on sale. I also try to not go into stores if I can because of impulse spending. Grocery pick up is my best friend. We spend about $600 with my husband and our four kids (5,3,3 and 1) including household items (even diapers). We are in Texas. I’m having trouble not spending over lately switching our twins to pull ups and with prices rising!

The Lasagna looks yummy! I come from a very Italian neighborhood growing up on Long Island. Mom learned from our neighbors how to make sauce from scratch. My Mom is Hungarian and my Father was Italian. My maiden name was Pugliese. Your Lasagna looked so good. My Father use to make the 7 fishes for the celebration of Christmas Eve. It was so wonderful 👏. He made Lobster, clams, oysters and shrimp scampi. Just remembering that my mouth waters. My Father made this dish for Keith. He thought Keith being from the East Coast would love this! Well Keith does not eat fish, his Mom only made fish sticks (not real fish). I wouldn't dare tell my Father that. But, Keith was a good sport ate all the fish my Father made. That was our last time eating the celebration of the 7 fishes. This was 1987. My parents separated and my Father died 1990. This Wonderful memory will always stay with me. Joan Bates

Vital Farms eggs are $6.98 at Sam’s Club for an 18-count. Aldi has organic, cage-free eggs, not sure if they’re pasture raised though. Also, glad I’m not the only one that misses stuff on the top shelf 😆 when hubby shops with me he finds it and I complain, “why would they put something all the way up there where nobody can see it??” I’m 5’4” he’s 6’1” 🤣

My nutritionist says consistency is key so if you find a lifestyle you can sustain, you will stick with it and see results. I'm working on that right now myself. But I say all that to say keto is not exactly a sustainable diet so maybe just see if there's another way of eating you enjoy more so you can easily keep it up. P.S. I highly enjoyed watching you glamp! It looked like a good time!
