USA School Supplies FAQs (Please read this before you go down below to say anything): 1. Yes, the schools in the USA really do ask parents to buy things. 2. Yeah, wow, that’s crazy. 3. No, we don’t like it, either, but that’s life. 4. A great deal of the money allocated to “education” in the USA never makes it to the teachers, students, and schools for basic supplies. That is not a subject for this channel. We’re here to relax, not debate stuff. You can do that elsewhere. Anyone doing it here will be banned, and your comment will be deleted. I hate to be so harsh, but this is a real problem every year, and I mean to put a stop to it. 5. No matter what country you live in, you have to pay for dumb things, too. 6. No, parents are not punished if they either can’t or won't bring in these supplies. No consequences await those who don’t contribute. However, the teachers and other school staff members often pay for supplies out of their own pocket when no one provides them, and that can cost hundreds/thousands of dollars a year. Hopefully, by donating these things, we can help prevent at least a little bit of that. 7. No, nobody cares to hear how awesome your country is. This is not a contest. No matter where you live in the world, you'll find people who are struggling. Maybe you can take that all-caps energy and help someone in your area. A little kindness goes a long way. 8. The Ziploc bags are used for a variety of things in the classroom. It may seem like a strange request, but they come in handy to store little bits of stuff, fragile projects, and dirty clothes, among other things. 9. I will continue to do these back-to-school shopping trips to help out my community every year, as long as I am financially able to do so. In a perfect world, it wouldn’t be necessary to buy any of these things, but we don’t live in a perfect world. I want to help as many people as I can, for as long as I can. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s relax and enjoy some school supplies. 😊

I look forward to these back to school shopping videos every year. I grew up in and out of different foster homes and back to school was always a difficult time. Not having any supplies or any of the pretty new things as my peers always made me feel like I wore a label on my forehead: „unloved“. It’s people like you who make all the difference then. When you actually get the nice crayons and the pretty erasers and a new backpack and it feels so special and you go home and look at all your new beautiful things. Seeing how caringly you pick these out and treat the list as if you were buying for your own children… trust me, it means so much to any kid that dreads going back to school with zero supplies. Watching these always heals something in me. Thank you for doing it :)

I watch your videos along, don't think I've ever commented. I think it's wonderful you do this. Many families are struggling & doing their best & the kids need not to have to worry about not having what they need. There's so much worry on kids/parents minds today, that you & others so graciously relieve, by helping with supplies & good for you & everyone else that helps

i only just started my career, graduated in May and started my job in July. Just got my 2nd paycheck in 2 years so I have a loooot of things to catch up on before I am comfortable. I don’t plan on having kids, so my goal in life is to do this exactly. I want to help random teachers in my community because supplies can make or break the child’s learning and it shouldn’t have to be out of the teachers pocket. Thank you for doing this and thank you for reigniting this dream.

2 question 1st what the different between collage and wide rules 2nd why does the colour matter on note book there sll the same in the inside no hate just confused im from uk and my kids haven't started school yet
@rapineda5 ай бұрын
College ruled paper has less space in between the lines. Wide ruled paper are usually used for younger kids. Some schools also color coordinate subjects so you have to have a certain color for your folders and notebooks for a certain class
