@@jaydenicole4063 it’s so complicated and everyone is different. I find for myself, that a big dose of caffeine makes me “crash” right away. On the other hand, if I have a strong coffee slowly, I feel not much of anything. Spark by advocare has always been the most helpful for myself. It doesn’t necessarily give me energy, but it helps me focus and be alert without crashing if that makes sense.
