Hi Freya. What a lovely video as always. I relate so much to you with the anxiety and when you were saying about the reiki sound bath and your dream or rather nightmare (please don’t give up you tube you are one of my favourite you tubers) I remember having a sound bath and I didn’t sleep well after it but when I did eventually fall asleep I had a bit of a bad dream so I’ve never had another sound bath since 😂. I love watching your videos and please leave the ums and so etc as it’s what makes you authentic and so watchable. I hope the adorable Barney 🥰is feeling better now thank you for showing us him it just makes my day. I’m definitely needing a trip to tk max and can’t wait to see your haul. If garden very wet, try planting eucalyptus bushes, silvery grey colour, they soak up lots of water. Your big trees could possibly Hornbeam.

Hey, I’ve had Vertigo for 20 plus years! Started one morning on my way to work! They gave me a low dose prochlorperizine which I take one a day at night. Tried many times to ditch them but have never shook the vertigo! Definitely an inner ear problem!!!! Hope you do better than me! If they give you prochlorperazine it makes u drowsy.. hence I take mine at night! Good luck but don’t ignore it! Xxx

We talking back to you more than you know haha ...I over compensate sometimes when there a silence I run out of breath I have to take a lung full of air and I start again hahaha..on WAYFAIR there a distressed large rug which is a out/indoor washable Brierfield Oriental Machine Woven Flatweave Beige/Hell Grau Area Rug its out of stock moment but maybe worth a look ...i'm going to take a look at some point when we are finished our Reno..Aww Douglas has cut his pad so we are on rest period for a few days his paw is all wrapped up washed out sprayed with antiseptic LEUCILLIN doggo spray i'm keeping a very close eye on my baby boys injury how where its happened its anyones guess.. look at your boys beautiful face we all love him he's stunning..take care lovely..

If you buy a rug to go under your table, make sure it is large enough, so that when people pull a chair out the back legs of the chair are still on the rug! Otherwise it catches when they try to tuck their chair under!

I think we all have a word or phrase that we overkill but dont realise til someone points it out or you notice it yourself and then it's all you hear and you struggle to not say it 🤣 I say eeerm loads usually when im thinking of what to say 😆 and i used to always say "dya know what i mean", "obviously" when it's actually not obvious and many more 🙈 the bf laughs when i say "actually" aswell so that must be one too 😅 I wouldn't have a rug under a dining table personally. The mcdonalds milkshake comment made me laugh, so true 😂 70% of the time u want one the machines knackered

I stopped by and tennis ball for my dog because of that she used to rip them up and my daughters dog went in hospital to have the ball out of the stomach ball pieces so I bought the hard dog balls
