Ooooh. How lucky you are. Proper smoked. I feel icky for days after swallowing fake smoked ingredients like store bought “smoked flavour” items such as smoked bacon, smoked bbq sauce, smoked paprika. Same reaction as I get from artificial sweeteners or aspirin. Proper smoked salmon or genuine Spanish hung smoked paprika is fine. The worst for me is anything that has bottled liquid smoked sauce in. 🤢

If you and your family enjoy chimichurri, you should give “criollita” or “salsa criolla” a try, I’m from Uruguay and we never have a barbecue without them! You just need to chop a couple of tomatoes, one green bell pepper, one red or white onion (personal preference) and one or two garlic cloves (again, personal preference) into small sqaures and then you just cover everything in olive oil. It goes AMAZINGLY well with chorizo and any red meat! Hope you enjoy it!

Be careful putting cold/frozen pyrex into the oven especially if the oven is already pre-heated because they can and will shatter into a million pieces. I've had it happen to me before.

Prime ribs: cover with mayonnaise and pepper and brown uncovered on upper level of oven at 475 Fahrenheit for about 45 min or until browned to your liking than lower heat to 220 for about 5 hours uncovered and it is perfect.

Love videos featuring your mom. She's awesome! The Vindaloo is deelish. We use it in a pork and potato curry. Be careful on your first try, go for the lower end suggested as it is SPICY. I did 4 tablespoons the first time and hubby and I couldn't handle the heat...our kids devoured it, however.

We have a store here in Houston but I like to order because they always send me free samples and if I order online its free after an order of $39. This Sunday I ordered 3 Vanillas for $15 each, that was the sale of the day. I keep an eye out for sales in my email. I buy 3 for $1, $2, $3 an $5. I love the sales on the boxes.

Vindaloo is a curry powered becky but you dry fry your curry powered first before you mix your onions or meat you have to heat your curry spice first to get extract out of spice powder if you no anyone how is Indian they will show you or tell you how to used different Indian spices

Never fail prime rib, Roast must go in oven at 3pm. So, heat oven 375 degrees. Put any size Prime Rib bone or no bone in oven for one hour. Shut oven off. Do Not Open Oven Door. 45 minutes before you want to eat turn oven to 300 degrees and cook for 45 minutes. Perfection, medium rare. It’s a never fail, but don’t open the oven door is the key.
