Hello everyone i just purchased this item as well however I thought something was wrong with it but not so. How it actually works, is that you have to actually have something in the container ready to blend also with any liquid of your choice then you press the button and it will start working. I just did it and it worked so I’m back to tell you guys, you’re welcome in advance.😊 happy to help

It worked the first time without putting anything inside as shown in the video 💯 but after that it didn't work again but I 'll try to put something and run it
