Do NOT go with Shopify!!! They are horrible
@Roshile8 Жыл бұрын
@Maria Arriaga @Maria Arriaga yeah, they'll hold your funds for no reason, and they randomly shut down people's stores for no reason. If you even change your payment method they'll shut your store down with no warning, and no access to your orders so you can fulfill open orders. Unhappy customers, possible charge backs, etc. No transparency with them. No real ownership of your site, you can put in hard work and time and make your site beautiful, just to wake up to being unable to enter your account. look up the horror stories, Shopify are some crooks. no wonder their stock is suffering. all my hard work, gone in an instant. don't get me started on the random holds on the payouts for "reasons they can't display to you for security reasons."

Which one is faster? We have over 50,000 SKU's Which one can handle that? Any dollar limit on the amount of the sale? I need over $100,000 dollars for a single item sale. Can Bigcommerce do split tender, spread the sale over multiple credit cards or payment types?
@lucabond74822 жыл бұрын
I am all day Bigcommerce but honestly when it comes down to speed. Shopify is beating badly. And actually when it comes the google and SEO , thats a pretty big W for shopify. Since google loves faster websites.

I'm not sure about Shopify, but ShopFunnels turned out to be a great deal for me. Not only its cheaper but has all the features that are needed to run an online store. It helps me build an e-commerce store in a few minutes as it does not require coding skills and easily integrates with major payment gateways, CRMs, and autoresponders.

Which platform is best for a fine art photographer desiring to sell 100 plus of his best prints online in four different mediums. Fine art paper, gallery wrapped canvas, acrylic and aluminum. The prints will be available in three sizes for all four of those different mediums. They will be drop shipped from a print facility which specializes in fine art prints on those four mediums. Also keep in mind that there will be possibly four other categories or mediums that will be added later, such as gift greeting cards, posters, bamboo and birch panels. Also consider the fact that while the artist has 100 plus fine art prints in his portfolio now it will be soon expanded to 200 plus images in the next year from recent world travels Any suggestions or recommendations as to which of these two platforms are better. And lastly, would a squarespace platform work just as well as either one of these. Consider the following fact regarding current sales. The artist is currently selling 20-30 prints a month ranging in size from 8x10s to 24x36-in prints. And more recently, offering custom prints that are as large as 6 ft for office spaces and commercial spaces... Considered custom orders which are often times ordered by an interior designer architect or builder for projects.
