LEO made an important statement. If a home owner asks you to leave, you have to leave. Does this apply to squatters ? smh
@misseclipse74158 ай бұрын
yes. My understanding is the following: And they will be asked to leave, and if they reply with "I live here and i can prove it or provide evidence to remove suspicion or at least remove the criminal probable cause to immediately detain me or take me into arrested custody" then it (fortunately or unfortunately your politics and analysis level depending) BECOMES A CIVIL MATTER, which means using the peaceful non-criminal eviction process of removal. This is why sometimes STALKING type of laws are applied to remove squatters from property by order, if in COURT it can be ascertained the rightful owner may be there, then it can be 'so ordered' as an INJUNCTION to keep the people apart, and force them to vacate. btw im not a lawyer and all of this could be totally wrong so please fact check

When my father got home his slaps upside my head were tens times harder. I never stole again.

Once back home again my father gave me an old fashioned @$$ whooping wich is still fresh in my buttocks' memory . I wasn't allowed to play outside and didn't get pocket money for two months.
