Shopping at lovely flea market in small French village/ Walk with me through brocante festival

This is the third vlog of our summer holiday in Burgundy (but we've tried to make it understandable no matter where you start!).
This time, we would like to take you to the wonderful flea market in Saint-Colombe, the small village where we stayed.
As this was the first time that a flea market had been held in this village, I wondered what would happen. But it turned out to be a very fun and lively festival.
Even though we got there early in the morning, it was already packed with people and a great success!
There are lots of lovely things to see, and we've come across some unique country products that we wouldn't normally find at a flea market.
We hope you'll enjoy the experience of walking around a beautiful flea market in the countryside with us.

yes!! i went to paris when i was 20 years old, i was with my sister and mother who speak conversational french, but it seemed as though we were either treated very coldly by parisiens or were targeted by tourist scammers. a beautiful city but it left me with a bad opinion about france. then, at 25, i went to nice, and everyone was so kind there - they were kind when correcting my french and were very welcoming. i was so shocked at the difference in attitude. though i suppose people would also get a shock going to new york city vs other parts of the united states as well... it also made me rethink the way i had thought about paris.

На западе всегда цивилизованно и комфортно , а тем более в общественных местах !! За 33 года жизни в стране Евросоюза вообще ни разу не видела конфликтов в обществе!! На улицах тоже спокойно, не слышно оров, драк, скандалов, пьяных драк , музыки до полуночи, за иск на выходные итд. Не зря Европу знают как цивилизованную!! Спокойно, сытно, вежливо , достойно!! Interesting antiques. We used to have a similar mill to grind black pepper vs coffee beans. We used to have a heavy iron heated by charcoal when I was growing up. What one man's "trash" can become another man's treasure. All the fun/bargain we find at this type of market.

I'm so glad to have seen this flea Market because that's what it should be. There is one famous one in Paris that has been abused over the years. I visited it and it looks like a trift shop all over with tea shirts and a lots of sports wear. I heard the antique dealers just stay away from the flea markets in Paris. Love the videos on your tour and stay in the French Village. When you are back in Paris, can you perhaps do a vlog on the lovely paper and gift shops there. Would love to see them.
