Today we are shopping at Publix Super Market at Hamlin Cove in Horizon West which is located just a few minutes drive north of the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World Florida. Publix Super Markets is an employee-owned, American supermarket chain headquartered in Lakeland, Florida. Publix stands as one of the largest U.S. regional grocery chains, founded in 1930 by George W. Jenkins, Publix is wholly owned by present and past employees and members of the Jenkins family. Publix operates throughout the Southeastern United States, with locations in Florida (813), Georgia (189), Alabama (78), South Carolina (64), Tennessee (46), North Carolina (46), and Virginia (16).

It's close to Disney, which is great. My favorite Publix so far is Winter Park followed by Ocoee than Downtown. I love shopping at downtown as it gives me an excuse to walk through the park, which I love to do.

I used to live in Florida when I was in college. I miss Publix so much, their subs were so good and they always had good deals on products. Thanks for sharing! Definitely brought some good memories!

Random question, which area do you prefer. Lake Nona or Horizon West?

Lake Nona is nicer and if you travel alot the airport is next door, so convenient. Horizon West is great if you love Disney World as it's just minutes away.
