I am a big fan of thrift stores in USA. I go there every Saturday. Sooner or later my house looks like a thrift store😂 . Then I donate again. US thrift stores look very much like Canadian thrift stores.

Value Village in Canada is Savers In the USA, that may be why they look the same

This is a very good store. A good idea for saving the planet. We should reduce waste for the green planet. We don't have it here in the UK but smaller charities shops. People do recycling their stuff and they mainly go to the Africa as donations.
Aquí en wa antes las tiendas tenían cosas coletibles como carritos pero cuando llegan los venden en línea para sacar más dinero no les importa que las personas les regalan para la comunidad de bajos ingresos

Since Value Village is continuing making noise at 7.a.m i learned that the Community Donation Centre is %100 profit for V.v. they pay the charity by the pond when their trucks drop off bag of clothes this has been confirmed by the local director of the CDA in Windsor Ontario
Are most Value Village stores stocked with same sort of items? There are definitely some bargains to be had. Never been inside one although there is one near a Korean grocery I go to often. Have to go check it out.

By and large, yes... one Value Village "looks" like any other Value Village [that's true of any brand of thrift store, really]. They all have clothes, toys and household goods, etc., but some will have a heavier advantage in one department or another based on the donations neighbours give. Some locations are busier than others so shoppers have to "compete" harder in those locations. Unique items found in one location might not show up in another. Shop around.
Walmart owns value village apparently ..the prices and quality are ridiculous expensive and old not even clean.

No Walmart does not own value village just got done working there remember the hell they put their employees through it’s an oversized sweat shop horrible place to work gritty ceos
I'll have something to say about Value Village on Tecumseh road in Windsor Ontario read my story,V.V. has placed a large garbage bin 60 ft from my town house for years they were making loud noise, when i raise shit they take it easy... but first they made a recycling plant at the back of the store semi trailers come full of garbage from waste at other stores the stuff arrives from who knows where and when empty another trailer full of trash takes it's place,i'll tell ya employees are brainwashed at 7.a.m. an employee who is in charge of tossing out garbage was tossing heavy items into to the big steel bin making a hell of a racket, i stated yelling at him he throws his arms up and said "what's your problem we start at 7a.m."V.V. could not give a rats ass about people i am a senior citizen with cancer they only care about making money, lastly they could be clearing out trailers of trash which is quieter because they go directly onto a cart but NOOOO,a con always believes in itself when taken to court by the state of Minnesota V.V. lawyers shot back that "the charities will suffer".V.V. was found guilty of misleading the public about how goodie goodie they are they make 3 billion dollars a year but got off when the guilty verdict was appealed.
