Great shopping golf cart trip! We will have to try & travel up there soon! We adore Metro Diner & Sunrise Asian, lots of food to take home for dinner or lunch the next day😄😉

Costco Wholesale is coming to Clermont and has announced it will open its doors at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14. The wholesale company is located at 4600 Collina Terrace, Clermont. On Rt 50 between Rt 27 and the Turnpike.

Roy and Karen we live just off Buena Vista so you were in our area, It is so lovely and your wonderful video will help many who are still learning the trails to get to their destinations, We are happy to have Drs just 7 minutes from our home and vet for our girls all available by golf cart, We didn't realize we could reach walmart though so thanks for showing us, And if we spot you and Karen while out around the villages we will give you a shout/wave to get your attention, Give your honey a big hug and give the boys a treat each and once again 👍for a great video🙋‍♀

I live in Sun City retirement community in SC for one year couldn’t wait to live in The Villages the problem with Sun City they had 3 golf courses that each had a restaurant. No store, gas stations no other restaurants no business it was all outside the gates. No one owned a gas cart the closest gas station was 6 miles away. My friend talked me into moving there a BIG mistake because I always wanted to get back to The Villages. So I rent one year there but I had to by a electric golf cart and the damn thing only goes 19 mph 50 miles on a charge so as soon as I pay this cart off I will get a gas cart. I love taken long drive in the cart but limited to how far I could go. I live between Lake Sumter 9 minutes by golf cart and Spanish Springs 7 minutes is where I do my shopping. I would like to drive to the south end but wouldn’t make with this cart.

We just made Part 5 - drove all the way from Fenney up over the bridge to Orange Blossom and over to BJ's and the Walmart. If we had tried that with an electric cart we would have been worried about getting back home. Instead we went out to eat and kept on going.

We live down south and regularly cart 40 minutes to Walmart, and Hobby Lobby etc. No problems. Only have to fill the tank once a month. Downside of the gas cart over electric is the noise as it can be louder than the stereo. OK I like blasting ZZ Top at full volume - but not sure everyone else does 🙂

I really appreciate these golf cart tours. I was trying to follow along on Google maps. Does the Villages still have that navigation app that costs like $7? Not the free one. I heard the $7 was better for navigation.

The $7 one is better only because the line to follow is bigger and easier to read. Neither is as good as Apple or Google maps.

We use the free Village app, and it's been excellent in helping us get around. We were told that they recently updated it so that it now works better. The voice navigation on it is great.

Hi, I love your videos very informative. I hear your golf cart is gas powered. The wife and I have a 48volt would that work in the environment and route lengths down in the villages?

It depends on you. Some people don't go long distances. We drive far and for hours at a time, sometimes.
