We do not refrigerate soy sauce because it is a fermented condiment/ingredient that can withstand room temperature without spoiling. Same goes for Miso Paste and Fish Sauce. Refrigeration is a preference, if you want your soy sauce to be cold for dipping sashimi/sushi.

I prefer my condiments room temp too but ya gotta keep them in the fridge for freshness! I’ll zap my ketchup in the microwave when I’m using it to dunk. When I put my stuff on warm sandwich’s it just warms up with the meat. Say hamburgers, ya know. 😆

Girl as someone who did ceramics and pottery for 5 years, it’s so fun and it is much harder than it looks. Something that helped me is when you listen to music, use something with a less erratic best. Jazz, I like Michael buble and Andrea bocceli but like frank or nat king cole would be dope too!
