Another great video Al! Whenever im feeling down i can take a long walk through nature and feel a lot better. For me thats the best therapy i could ever have. People are always in a big hurry nowadays in this fast world we live in, but my dad always taught us kids to not worry too much, he'd say if we don't get it done today it'll still be there tomorrow and if its not than it didn't need doing anyway 😅😅
