Britt, your choice is glassy & gorgeous! Keep in mind that you now will be driving your nieces around A LOT; they are such a big part of your lives and love being with you. Add your future children and fur babies in to the mix. Also, depending upon your church callings, you could find yourself with a car filled with your ward’s youth. Your parents and siblings love visiting you and this car will be a lot more comfortable for them.

My sister has a telluride and she LOVES it! Me and my kids have gone on a few road trips with her since she got it and it’s amazing! But I also like the boxier white one that you test drove! You can’t go wrong in my opinion!

Having worked in insurance, I feel more comfortable with the Telluride roof. People have been fatally injured in rollover accidents because the glass roof broke. Just a thought. Good luck in your search.

Cars are such a big expense especially brand new because you lose so much money just by driving it off the lot! We would look for really good used cars which saved us a lot of money. It's so funny listening to Jared trying to justify the car he wants! Lol My mom sold cars, my father and older brother are mechanics and my younger brother is a machinist. I've never heard of any of those features being a factor in buying a car! I'm with Brit on this.....Sorento or Telluride. I'm a Sorento owner.....in my 40's.

I think you should get extra seats with all the company you get and the intent to start a family. My hubby is a car geek, fixes/restores all his cars and is very happy with Mazdas. Also don’t forget to check out the trunk space!

I just recently test drove a Mazda CX 30, which was smaller than what I was looking for. I ended up buying the Mazda CX5, it is larger. So far I enjoy driving it. It has some bells and whistles to it, but a car that is reliable is more important to me. For me it seems to be a Mazda as I had own a Mazda 6 and had no problems. I liked the boxier cars when I started to drive back in 1998, but now like the round style.

I have owned 2 Kias. 1 lasted from 2005 until this year, it finally gave out. My wife's is a 2015 Kia. A hybrid is probably your best bet in any car.😊😊😊Get the black Kia.

Go look at the Grand Highlander and that way you will have room when you have family in and when you will have room when you have your own kids plus family in town. It has plenty of leg room for tall people in the middle and third row seats.

My husband and I have been leasing our cars for the last almost 15 years. We like getting a new car every 3 to 4 years. If you like the Kia, I highly suggest taking a look at the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Hyundai Palisade. The Santa Fe is a little smaller than the Palisade but both are great with awesome features. As far as shapes go, the more square and boxier shapes are in style now and that is the shape of the new Santa Fe whereas the Palisade has some round and some squared off edges.

If you are not opposed to Kia, you should also check out Hyundai too. They have the Tucson, Santa Fe and Palisade . We currently have a Kia Optima and a Hyundai Tucson after previously having a Honda Civic and Toyota Sienna.

Something to consider bc you guys have had numerous repair issues in the past but electric doesn’t require maintenance except tires. No oil changes, no engine troubles….

I have an MG EV and it’s wonderful it has the power but is so quiet. Our first MG EV had the panoramic roof but I our new one doesn’t as due to the current supply issues they decided to go without so customers weren’t having to wait a year. We have brake assist but can turn it off and have 3 levels to it. It’s important you both love the car. BTW Britt there is nothing wrong with transitions, they change automatically which is not only really convenient but I know my eyes are protected. I wouldn’t have anything else now as I have to wear my glasses all the time x

My husband and I have a Toyota Carolla Hybrid, and we love it. We don't come close to paying $20 to fill it up (10 gallon gas tank). It is one of the smoothest riding vehicles I have been in. Also comes in a crossover.

Out of all the options you’ve listed. Telluride 110%. Also. HIGHLY recommend the vents in the back on the ceiling. When babies/young kids are in their rear facing car seat they get sooo hot and sweaty without those above them. Also. Don’t be scared to branch out and look at vans. Don’t knock it until you try it. LOADS of room

I’m going to side with Britt and go with the Telluride. I have the Hyundai version which is the Palisade and I love it. The rounded style is much nicer and less transformer machine shaped. I am a grandmother and believe me that extra room and leather seats is the bomb for carrying kids and sports equipment around. Sorry Jared, your Tesla won’t cut it with a family down the road, too small. 😊
