Wow! What a garden centre to visit! Living in south central British Columbia, we do have areas that are consider dry/arid like Osoyoos/Oliver. We could have all of the plants you use in projects but most would have to go in pots and brought in for the winter as our temps can drop to below zero in the winters with snow. What I did like about this video is seeing what some of those plants could do if left in the ground. Crazy! Also, it’s nice to see the prices. I was a little surprised at how high some where but then again I’ve rarely seen plants so big for sale up here. Regardless, you have inspired me to search out more garden centres that sell succulents! Thanks Laura! Looking forward to getting caught on what you do with this project.

Thanks for the walk thru. Really enjoy you doing this. The plants did look good as I've seen in your other visits. I've been twice, once in April and again in June. I was disappointed both times but I was looking for smaller plants because I can't afford the big ones and most had looked somewhat desiccated. I bought some plants that have been healthy but I brought home a Echeveria Sahara asking for them to check its health first. Well, when I got it home I spent some time looking at it and it had stem rot all the way to the top of it stem into the rosette. I emailed Tom with pictures and he kindly gave me a "coupon" for a replacement plant. Very kind of him. So glad you have such success there. Keep the tours coming :>)

That was the best! Shopping with you and seeing some prices. I live in Australia and wondered if living in the capital of succulent and cactus country meant everything would be super cheap. It's not. And prices are similar to Australia even with the exchange rate. Thanks for this video. Now I wanna see the installation. 😜

Always interesting to see prices. Here in South Africa our succulents are much much cheaper if you convert, like the $22 echeverria. It would be about $8 - $10 here. But amazing selection at waterwise!! Like heaven.

If only I could buy from somewhere like that! Swoon! I would be there all day........and coming home, my car would be so full including some Talavera pots and figures, and that gorgeous ball! Wow! Here in Spain, I am shielding due to Covid, so nurseries are places I can visit (thank goodness)........and as that’s my focus to keep me busy at home too, I’m gradually gathering decent specimens but most are on the small side. Still, it’s good for the wallet! (There’s always a silver lining!)

At 11:41 in your video you passed a Sensio vital and said "hate" with no explanation. So of course I am wondering why, especially because I had one which grew for years and looks beautiful except it formed long legginess in the center of a circle it created and then spread all over the place. I tried to figure out how to cut it back but just couldn't figure out a way to do it so I tool it out. I havent been to Waterwise in many years and it looks like they really expanded and have more variety now. I need to go. Not enough variety at my local shopping spots.
