As a black women please take any comments on Izzy's hair with a grain on salt. Hair is a huge part of our community its part of our identifies so speaking on it is very natural but it should never be an excuse to tear anyone down. With all that being said her hair always looks so beautiful and most important healthy. I LOVE that she rocks her natural hair.

Good call on the flushable wipes. They say safe for septics but they really cause nothing but issues! The company that came and pumped ours last time said no wipes and to use "cheap" toilet paper (haven't convinced my husband, Charmin or cottonelle for him, lol)

Izzy is a hoot! She’s such a trooper. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on those natural products. I tried a brand of wipes a few years ago that were somewhat similar and they were horrible, the solution didn’t clean and were super thin so not as effective or durable.

I got to tell you went to beauty school back in 1978 and 79, and my instructor as a matter of fact at two instructors that were not related to each other both told us that the best shampoo that you can buy over the counter is suave. It's pH balance for skin and skin and hair at the same pH balance. That was kind of funny. Through The years Paul Mitchell was my favorite. I also use biolage and I think I tried redkin once or twice. All of those you can now buy in the store, but they do sell them at the salons too. When Walmart got permission to carry Paul Mitchell and biolage they were rumors going around it wasn't the same formula that's what you buy in the salon but that's not exactly true and since Walmart support Smart style beauty salons usually within their supercenters you can get those shampoos at the supercenter are off of their shelves. But my instructors both told me during classes and telling us what's the best over the counter shampoo and that you needed to be educated to tell your clientele not to use prell because it was originally packaged as a carpet shampoo and they couldn't sell it and they brought it back and repackaged it as hair shampoo. That came from my instructors so I'm going to say that there's got to be an ounce of truth to it if my instructor said it. Also they said that suave was the best and it was always the cheapest I mean it was 79cents a bottle back when they were telling me that, and Paul Mitchell was still $9 a bottle.

Meijer. It's in the Midwest (OH, IN, IL, MI). They're the best. Price-wise they are more expensive than walmart but less expensive than Target (in my experience). Very clean stores and products are on the shelves and neat- not all disheveled like walmart and target are.
