I visited the Ferragamo outlet in FL last year and fell in love with the studio bag in a beautiful mauve. I almost bought 2 of them. One in the color you showed and then the cinder rose I bought. My husband said we came to Disney get the cinder rose for Cinderella and rose for Belle. Que chulo.

Thanks for this video! I am actually going to the mall Firenze at the end of September! One Question I had that might seem silly: When you are shopping for an item like a purse do you take the exact purse you selected up to the counter or do you just let the salesperson know what you liked? I just don't want to seem foolish! Also unfortunately my Italian is very limited did you find that many of the sales people spoke English? Were they friendly! Thanks again!

Hi J, you are going to LOVE Florence. About the purses, most of the sales associates will offer to get you a new one from the back, I would still inspect it a bit once they bring it out just to be on the safe side. But if theu dont offer you can most definitely ask if they have a new one from the back! 🙂 About the language, everyone was soo sooo friendly. We know how to say ‘hello’ & ‘do you speak english?’ in Italian & I think that goes a long way 👍🏻 I hope you find some great pieces! 🤗 LMK if you have any other questions!

Hi Mrs Leyva, do we need to book ticket on line before going to the Mall? Can we buy ticket right on the day we want to go the Mall? Many bus going to the Mall? And bus stop near Central Station in Florence Italy? Thank you

Hi, you can purchase the ticket online but it is not necessary. You can buy it in the bus but keep in mind you can only pay cash. The website shows the times that the buses head out, & from what I saw in the morning there were two heading out for the 10 AM ride. The bus station is very very close to the train station in Florence 🙂 Hope this helps.
