Yay, looked like an awesome day of shopping! And what the heck was that magnificent dish towards the beginning? Drew is the same way about buying clothes for himself, for the record 😂 And Team online shopping all the way! All of the perks, none of the hassle 😁

It was an Ethiopian restaurant-we shared the ultimate combo platter, highly recommend!! The chicken, meat, lentil, and veggies are on injera, a spongy fermented bread. You pick up the injera and scoop up the meat/vegetables. No forks allowed! It is filled with spices, but not super spicy. Again, HIGHLY recommend! 😋

I remember going to the Mall of America when I was young - back in the 90's! Such fun memories of checking out that massive place!! And going on some of the rides - it was a great time!! I think I need to return there some day - I am sure they have SO much more than when I was there. I love Push Lady also - she is such a blessing 💜
