Change to North/South line at City Hall Station, Head South and get off at Marina South MRT.... After that head towards the seaside.

Marina South Pier.... It is no big secret, whenever there are structures like jetty or piers.... There are barnacles and seaweeds which attracts small bait fish, that attracts bigger predators....
