Where can I buy the spare cables? My long one has snapped and I can't get it here in Europe.

My wire near the little ball broke I can can see the silver wire.. Any body have the same problem?

You need a hex to hold the bottom of the pulley bolt to unscrew it. Really not an easy repair. The medium cable instructions are ridiculous: Just unscrew the pulley below. Good luck trying to access that.
