depends what unit you want to gear, the newer trendy dps (ml ludwig, gala, jenua are bis torrent)

17 speed for sure on both pieces. i prefer 25 atk on helm because it fits better and ring 22 cdmg

Thank you for justifying the torrent set instead of speed set for me 😂 I didnt think about the speed then att% but thinking about it, its way more universal. Like units that can't crit or only crit. Last time i made the perfect gear for my A Coli, she my rep unit and 290 speed with not a single wasted stat. Do you know if it boosts damage from burns/bleeds and when they detonate?

Can anyone explain the reasoning behind helmets being the hardest gear to craft?

They have extra substats compared to sword and chest pieces Helmets can have every substat except flat hp(since that's their main stat) Swords can't have flat ark, flat Def and def% Chest pieces can't have flat Def, flat atk and atk%

I think u should craft what u need the most for whatever purpose u are having. For rage set, i would recommend a chest piece because it is really hard to have a rage chest that only roll into cc, cd and they are the only substats u need in a rage chest. So go for a 3cd/2cc or 2 3cc/2cd rolls in rage chest is the best.

Don't waste the event on chests for DPS, you can only get 2 out of 3 dps stats (You can't get ATK% on chest), terrible advice sorry.

Torrent set is typically good for 1shot units like straze wschuri and any aoe if that changes anything

for characters that don't care about having high HP, go for torrent. Torrent also has no "single-target" restriction. Pen set is better for characters that hit hard using single target attacks and need a bit of bulk.
