Short Celonis demo to show the P2P and O2C processes created from SAP data

This short demo is not intended to introduce Celonis, but to show the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes created based on SAP data. For this purpose, the standard data models and analyses shipped with the Celonis stand-alone version are used. The goal is two show two standard process mining use cases and to give a feeling for the data present in most organizations.
