Employment opportunity for persons with disabilities is one of the most challenging subjects at global platform. The challenges are more for women with disabilities. The lack of educational opportunity for educating a girl with disability attribute additional struggles to be equally qualified for a competitive employment sector for decent position. As a result, a few number of girls with disabilities overcome the adversities and can accomplish their education. The women with disabilities those have completed education and working in human rights organizations at global platform, are working at lower position in comparison with men with disabilities at senior position. During the COVID-19 affected pandemic period, the challenges have become more to get employment opportunity for women with disabilities. The organizations those are working for persons with disabilities are sometimes violating the safe-guarding policies to protect rights of women with disabilities and not complying the human rights standards to protect right to work of women staffs with disabilities. The “Rights and Protection Law 2013 for Persons with Disabilities RPPD” in Bangladesh stated very clearly in Article 16 that all organizations irrespective government and non-government organizations will ensure the right to work of persons with disabilities. Some of the organizations have violated this law distinctively during COVID-19 pandemic period. Although we there is a national law again our district level committees were not oriented enough about the implementation of the RPPD. As a consequence the complaint filling process was not easy according to “Rights and Protection Law 2013” in Bangladesh. The drama “Article-16” is made to sensitize concern persons of rights claiming authority of women as well as persons with disabilities against injustice in employment sector. The aim film is about access of administrative support to claim Rights to Inclusive Work Opportunities in NGOs/INGOs especially for inclusion of women with disabilities in work place.
