I've had short hair since I was 10 (kept it this short ever since), just past my shoulders like Sailor Neptune length and I love it. It's much easier to do a hair flip with short hair than with long hair, after all.

Your make up looks pretty either way. But I think you don’t need to overlying your upper lip. The natural volume of your upper lip is really cute. And I think the upper lip is only supposed to be half the width of your lower lip. The way you over lined it makes it look like they’re the same. Of course your make up looks pretty no matter what and you’re a beautiful lady no matter what. Just don’t feel beholden to lip filler trends and stuff.
