You’re absolutely right on Dawn! He sounds absolutely adorable. The accent is very endearing especially to the female fans. I’ve heard it said that He was very insecure about his English but I think it gave him a sexy kind of vibe and was not bad at all. I especially love watching his English interviews.

this interview was during a tour he had given in USA in 1986. Let's not forget that Falco did not learn English by the book but rather by reading books watching movies and writing lyrics as well as talking to people in English ..

As far as speaking English ppl from Bayern and especially Austria speak English so well you can barely hear the German accent.. I know that’s because they start learning to speak American English very young. The younger someone is when they learn a foreign language you barely hear the persons natural tongue. Compare Falco’s English 2 arnold schwarzeneggers. Falco learned as a child, Arnold learned later in life and u hear his natural tongue.
