Yes it does but make sure to not cut the layers too much because due to shrinkage they're gonna look way shorter when they're going to be dry ;)

I have been doing my hair with a razor blade (since i saw Johnny gilbert's video), then after a few years I realized I was taking chunks which left parts of my hair uneven. Now i visit a hair dresser but she still can't get the haircut style after a couple times of going there and showing haircut example pics and explaining the stairs type thing cut and the other terms 🥴
